ConFuzzled compared with Further Confusion, in Numbers

(1/1)

Tungro:
I thought you might like to know some things about how last year's ConFuzzled stacked against this year's Further Confusion.

FC:
Attendees: 2587
Amount raised by the art show (both items that made it to auction and those that didn't): $43,541
Average spend per person at the art show: $16.83
Percentage of Fursuiters: 20.5% (based on the only data available: the number of fursuiters at the parade)

CF:
Attendees: 130
Amount raised by the art show for charity (all our pieces went to auction): £1,600
Average spend per person at the art show: £12.31
Percentage of Fursuiters: 45%

So we've beaten them on average spend per person at the art show! And that's only considering what went to charity! And we've also beaten them on the number of fursuiters!

Estimated amount taken at the auction in total:
Most items were 20% to charity, 80% to the artist.
Take about £1,000 of it was 100% charity, meaning that £600 worth came from 20% donations, meaning they were worth £3,000 in total.
This means that an estimated amount taken at the auction in total was about £4,000!

This brings our average spend per person at the art show to a massive £30.77!

Congratulations to everyone who made ConFuzzled 2008 such a big success! Let's see if we can beat our own targets this year!
