A quick update from the commerce team regarding the Art Show and Dealers' Den!

First up - news on the Art Show.  In previous years, the Art Show and Dealers' Den were combined in the same room.  This year, we’ve been able to move the Art Show to a dedicated room!  This brings some great benefits - firstly, it means we’ll be able to separate adult and none adult artwork, so those of you who do not wish to view material of an adult nature, can still come see the non-adult art in the show.

Moving the Art Show to a dedicated room also gives us space to open up more tables in the Dealers' Den!  We’ve added five more, so in total we’ve been able to add 10 more tables compared to 2010!!

Those of you who were on the waiting list who have been allocated a table should already have received confirmation, and a follow-up email.  If you have not - then I’m afraid you are still on our waiting list, but we will move you up into a space if we receive cancellations.

Don’t forget that you can still use the Art Show & Auction as a means to sell artwork at the convention this year, even if you don’t have a space in the Den - simply bring your items to the Art Show on the first day to submit them.
