Fursuit Fiasco - Game Ideas
RizzoRattie:
Hello everyone,
As some of you know, year on year, we have run a very successful fursuit games style event. For the last 2 years, we have run an elimination based style event that was limited to only 16 participants. Last year, due to demand being so high, we introduced another games event called Fursuit Fiasco. Unfortunately, due to such high volume of interest, this year, we are dropping the Furrylimpics and the main event will become the Fursuit Fiasco. The reason being is that this allows us to cater for larger number of people wishing to take part, and makes it a bit less formal, whilst at the same time offering the same level of entertainment value. We aren't saying goodbye to the Furrylimpics forever, we have ideas that we will adopt for future events but we are unable to implement them this year.
On this note, I would like to open the floor up to you all for ideas for games that we can do for the Fursuit Fiasco. The style of game should be as least complicated as possible, and can cater for 2 large teams, or multiple players. Good examples include, but are not limited to;
• Relay races
• musical chairs
• British Bulldog
If you have any ideas you would like to suggest at this time, I will gladly take them onboard for consideration. As always though, just because an idea is suggested, it is not a guarantee we will use it, so please do not be disappointed if you suggest an idea and we do not use it this year. We stock pile ideas for future events, so all ideas are welcomed!
Many thanks in advance,
Rizzorat

SFW:
Mentioned this on UKFur, but I liked the game that was done in 2009 with the gathering of items for a puzzle from audience members. That was actually fun to take part in as a watcher as you could get involved even when not in suit.
Balloon games are not something everyone likes as there are people who are deathly afraid of them popping and a lot of games do seem to end up with that happening. I don't mind them myself, but if you are going to use them perhaps a brief mention before the game or in the conbook? So that people are aware and can avoid it if it suits them.
Pan:
whats the time mr wolf would seem appropriate.
Though the wolf might need a megaphone to get though the fur in some furs ears.
SFW:
Might work anyway, 'What's the time Mr. Rizzo?' just as a play on words :)

What about a Fursuit dance off? Involving self-chosen, and pre-determined pieces of music. So attendees can choreograph their own moves, but then also have to prove they can get down and improvise?
