Attendance closed. (Question For Staff)

I have a Friend who has accidently booked a twin room with a double bed instead of two singles

His friend bailed on him due to Anxiety.

He is now facing being roomed with a stranger.

Due to the fact work wont give me time of, and id only be there for a weekend. i Initially decided not to pay for attendance (£210 for a single night is ridiculous) but now my friend has this problem. I want to help.

I get paid on the last working day of the month (Sun 29th) but can get a friend to pay attendance fee and transfer costs then.
Is there any way i can Room with my friend to save him having to share a double bed with a complete stranger.

I know its closed. But if there is any way i can help my friend here. I'd be willing to do it.
