early arrival and baggage

we will likely arrive around noon on thursday ... now I have seen that the check in for the rooms will not be possible before 2PM ... is there a possibility to leave our suitaceses for some hours and maybe go into Hinckley to grab some lunch during that time?

THe hotel have a concierge service that you can use.  You will need to ask at reception.
