Question to CF Staff

I've been trying to sort out a ticket swap with another attendee. I was going to swap my Residential for Attendance only
I was in touch with one of the staff about it and last Friday both me and the other person sent mails to confirm the swap.
Neither of us heard back form the registration team since then so we're left hanging, not knowing wether we actually have swapped our tickets yet or not.
And thus, we don't know which one will staying at the hotel and which will need to book elsewhere.
Both of us sent reminder emails to the Staff about it this week but still got no reply.

As you can imagine the matter is very urgent for us and any help/information would be much appreciated.

this has now been sorted out and the exchange has been completed.  The hotel are also aware.
