Don't know if this has already been dealt with, or whether its too late to do anything.
The online schedule is not in a format suitable for printing on standard A4 paper, so it'll be rather awkward to print this out and bring with me.
Are you planning on having any examples of the schedule on display in various locations scattered about the con?
Even if not possible to have anything printed, maybe posted on a flipchart pad might help some folks.
