Fur E Oke question
« on: May 14, 2012, 08:05:56 »
I'm going to make an idiot of myself and do a song in the "Fur-e oke" this year, in my fursuit of course. I've got a file of the song I want to do, can I use that? If not, can I find out if the fur-e-oke DJ has the song in the original key?

Hi BD,

I'm not sure if the system we use can load songs, but unless it's new or obscure I'd expect us to have it. If you want me to check, lemme know what song and I'll see if I can find out. :)

It's not exactly new or obscure...heehee..."Oh Darling" by the Beatles. I found a few karaoke versions online but they were in the wrong key, too low...no fun to sing...if you have it, can you tell me if the first chord in the verses is A major? (right where he sings "darlin")

Thanks!
BD

I've asked the owner, and although I don't have direct access to verify, I'm assured that the songs are all in their original key. ^^

I suddenly changed my mind at the time and did the Black Sabbath song instead! And got dragged up as part of the quartet for YMCA. It was a fun event, thanks!
