Payment not yet recieved

Hello,

Today I checked the status of my account, and it still states that my payment has not yet been recieved, Though I already paid last week, on october 4. It also says payment is due tomorrow, so I'm getting kinda worried

Is there anyone here who can help me? My badge number is 426.

Hi,

Dont worry, a lot of our reg team were away over this weekend it is most likely that they are just catching up with payments this week as each one has to be manually set. Fear not we dont cancel people who have paid so even if it says payment due so long as you have paid its all fine. I will let the team know today though for you.

I just got a message from my bank, saying that the average processing times for international money transfers are about a week. So that might be the problem too. I just hope this'll be solved soon.


Edit: My payment was confirmed just now. I'm so relieved.
