Vouchers?

Hi!
I purchased a voucher to be confirmed when I pay because one of my friends wanted to go as a birthday present BLAHBLAH but now she cant go and i need to delete the voucher...and I emailed the team to delete my voucher and no news yet! Wondering if I can still cancel the voucher after my registration gets confirmed and I have to pay? I hope this all makes sense haha!
