Fursuiting on early arrival/late departure days?

I remember that last year people were asked not to fursuit prior to 6pm on the early arrival day, so I'm assuming that's the same this year?
What is the situation as regards fursuiting for those of us who decided to pick 'late departure'?
Can we fursuit all day Monday or is there a similar time embargo?

Hi SeanC,

Indeed correct that as per last year, there is a no fursuit policy before 6pm on Wednesday 29th May.  However, past that point, you can suit at any time you like up until the end of the last dance at the dead dog party.  Come Tuesday morning, there is no fursuiting allowed in any public areas again however, the con is officially over at this point, and we no longer have exclusivity on the hotel.

I was told that yes the dead dog was an event but it was not officially part of CF as it happens after the closing ceremony..... oh well guess i was told wrong.....      so the dead dog could be classed as the non- official closing ceremony for those who are staying late as its the last event lol.

Just to avoid any confusion for yourself and others reading this thread, irrespective of what you have heard else where, these are the facts based on the contract.

Fursuiting is not allowed until 6pm and after on Wednesday 29th May.  After that time, fursuiting is allowed throughout the hotel, apart from the Leisure club.
The Closing ceremony is the close of the convention, and the dead dog is a late departure event.  However, this day, rate, and use of the hotel is still contracted, and at this time, we have semi exclusivity.  This means you have the right to roam around the hotel in your fursuit but there will be a small handful of non convention guests.
Come Monday night 2am when the dance finishes, this will be the end of the contracted hours and as of Tuesday morning, there is no fursuiting allowed in public spaces as we have officially handed back over all the rooms and the convention is over (sad face)

In Brief, fursuiting is allowed as follows:

Wednesday: Not before 6pm
Thursday-Monday: Anytime, any where apart from the Leisure club
Tuesday: Not allowed in any public space at all
