Artwork Submission Email Problem

Hello,
I today attempted to submit my artwork to the email provided ( output@confuzzled.org.uk ) for consideration to be put in the 2014 conbook. Only, I received the following message -

This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification.

Delivery to the following recipients failed.

output@confuzzled.org.uk

Is there a problem with the email or another one to submit the art to?

Did you get any further details in the error message email indicating why it failed?

The most common reason is attachment size - how large were any files you were trying to attach?

The file is 15.8MB. There were no further details in the error message - I copied & pasted directly what was there.

If this happens again when emailing the output@confuzzled.org.uk address again, try uploading this to DropBox or a similar service and emailing a link instead.
