« on: March 14, 2014, 10:49:22 »
Just wondered where all the stuff from the game room comes from?

And what sort of game consoles and games there will be this year?

Most of the games equipment is lent out by awesome people. The con owns the screens and controllers and some of the most popular games for the consoles but the majority of it is borrowed from people who love to help out.

Because of this you never fully know whats going to be there until the time.
I for one welcome our Muppet overloards.

If I got room in my bag for my xbox and games, then I'll take them up as well
Let's sing, let's dance, let's have a ball.
Cause tonight we're gonna party like we don't care at all!

Hey, if you can bring all that cool, but im sure closer to the time it will be announced about the games room, but what you do is take your stuff to the games room, check with a member of staff what items your handing over and then it gets set up in a room for anyone and everyone to use.

Im bringing a one console and loads of games aswell.

Okay, is there an email I can use?

Also, how should I mark the games as mine? I've registered my console with Immobilise.

I'm sure shortly there will be a member of staff who will see this post and reply to you or point you in the right direction

As for marking the games i usually put a label or something on the cover of the box and also i use the new smart water pens that are hard to wash off to write on the controllers, consoles and games and anything else that can be removed/taken away, but these can be expensive, to tackle this go to a pound shop and find a pack of UV pens with a UV light, if there is non look for a girls diary or such as they always seem to have these in stock and they come with these pens too.

But to be honest the games room always looks after your items and i have not known anything to go missing

Hi there,

Sorry it took a while to get back to you. Could you drop an email to events@confuzzled.org.uk and I'll pass on the the offer to Pan, who's looking after the video game room.

Cheers,
Delph

Hi Morbius, thankies muchly for your query and your offer of lending some titles. I'm currently making a list of what we have available, but if you drop me a list with your titles I can add them to the inventory. As for marking which are who's I'm looking to make use of a label printer beforehand so they can be clearly marked :)

Many thanks, look forward to seeing you there ^^

Hello Windbain, firstly thank you for offering to kindly loan us the above, I'm afraid however until you reach the age of 18 you will not be able to attend ConFuzzled due to the laws we most obey in regards to minors.

However once you do we would most welcome the offer to be loaned anything from you to help with making the video games room great.

The next train to arrive is the 13:40 train to Hull, which is a pity as this is Tesco's.
