My room mate I've arranged to stay with has obtained a room voucher for me but every time I try to register with it, it does not work. What is going on? I really need help with this sharpish before it expires. Thanks.

Drop an e-mail to the Registration Team outlining the problem (screenshots are helpful if you can get them) and they'll do their best to sort it out for you. Given the time of year, however, it may take longer than normal to get a response.
