I am in big trouble - have booked two rooms -

Deluxe Twin Room with bathtub, breakfast and lots of space for 1 person.
AT THE HILTON
I booked it via booking.com, and there is no refund. Bad luck! So I'll offer it - it is for the four con nights, i.e. May 27th-May 31st - for
LESS THAN HALF PRICE!
That is - I have paid £ 366,80 and will sell for only £ 175 (no, I will not go further down).
A quick response will be much appreciated

So, what you want to get rid of is one bed in an executive room to and a second person will be added by the hotel ?
Or is that room booked as a whole and the person taking it will have it for himself alone ?
