When to pickup room keys?

Heya,
With the release of the events timetable I've started planning train times and which events to go to and such but I was wondering cWhen can we pick up our room keys, any time? or is it best to wait until after a certain time? Also we just pick them up from the Hilton's reception right? and we don't have to have gone through registration first?

Sorry for  the daft questions, it seems so long since my last CFz.

Check in is about 2pm, so I reckon you can collect your key at any time.

Check-in is at 3pm but if the rooms ready early then they'll let you in early; so when you arrive just go to reception and ask. If it's not ready they might give you an eta, if they do just remember that it's a best guess so don't be surprised if it takes longer.
