Hilton Honors

Has anyone had their hilton honors points applied? They confirmed having my details when I checked in, but for some reason the stay has never shown up on my account. Just curious whether anyone else has experienced the same thing?

Heya,

I'm part of the registration team. You actually need to get in contact with the hotel in order to resolve this issue. Confuzzled does pass the Hilton Honours number to the hotel but after that it's in their hands.

I suspect a quick phone call to the hotel was solve your problem :)
