Reserves on listings?

Quick question regarding reserves on auction pieces. I didn't have to ask this last year, but is there a system for putting a reserve on itmes to be sold? Or is it a simple case of put the minimum price on the piece to start with?

We only use the minimum bid system. From our experience with ebay, we find it's less frustrating that way ;)
