A specialist area of mine in any case, what topics are going to be covered in the seminar? I had ideas it might centre on therianthropy and shamanism, but I thought I'd ask anyways.  :P *ish a curious wolfie*

Spirituality is a huge, huge, subject, and is typically best covered by allowing different folks to explain how their own spirituality works, usually starting with those leading the session, but then extending to everyone who wants to participate.  I'd expect there to be quite a few different takes on therianthropy alone.  There are quite a few shamanic viewpoints too, and there are also furs who integrate christianity into their furry belief systems (or is that the other way around?).  The key to these things is to recognise that there's no right or wrong way, and certainly no unified church of furry ;>

I feel that I'm a dog who has somehow ended up in a human's body. I should have been whelped as a long-coated, black and tan German Shepherd Dog, but it didn't happen. Not a great state of affairs, but I get by, mainly by doing things differently to other people :)

Something to think about is whether the animal-part is something internal to yourself (in general therians), or something external (in general totemic beliefs).

Myself, I'm not really at all religious, I would probably describe myself as an agnostic... I am however quite spiritual; I believe in such things as Karma and I do believe that in some why my spirit is leonine, although I can't decide if I am therian or not.

How interlinked are religion and spirituality for you?

After all, they're not necessarily the same :) My parents for instance are Christians BUT they believe in lots of things like the spirit, healing it with crystals placed on chakras, Reiki, sound healing etc etc etc. A strange combination!

You can be Christian and still believe in that. Okay the evangelicals wouldn't like it but there is a lot the evangelicals don't like.  :P

I'm a therian who doesn't feel his therianthropy is related in any way to spirituality (I'm not the only one). I think it's important to mention this; some people don't like it when they are considered as a spiritual phenomenon when they're not.  ;)
