Hello all.

So, I'm going to attend Confuzzled (yay) but since I'm coming all the way from Denmark, i will be arriving a few good hours before the convention opens. I will arrive in Manchester International Airport friday 13:10. I'm all alone and by myself so i was wondering if there should be other furs down town i maybe could meet up with and follow to the convention site?

Anyone that arrives early won't be able to enter the venue until we finish setting up and open registration/check in.

There is a good science museum just 2 mins walk down the road from the venue, entry is free and is a good place where you can kill a few hours hehe :)

Hi HoneyHusky, some people are meeting up in town, but i'm not sure who/when/why.

Just to let you know, we will let *INTERNATIONAL* visitors only, like yourself, into the venue slightly earlier if they have nowhere else to go so they can recover from jetlag or flop over for a whle :)

Out of interest, would you consider letting those who might drive for 8 and a half hours in early or should I snooze in my car :D

HoneyHusky's question, and the response, was about the very first ConFuzzled.  Back then we didn't have the option for early arrival.  Getting registered and getting your room key were the same thing.  ConFuzzled 2010 is in a hotel, so while you might not be able to get into your room immediately, there will be space to socialise and so on before reg opens or the con starts.  Some people will have arrived the night before the con, and taking that option might be the best idea if you plan to crash out after the drive.  You won't be able to sleep in the lobby ;)

Me with Tamu will come on Thursday, so I think we will be in downtown somewhere on Friday...
Also other guys from Prague will come on Friday around 12am...

Should be good if this early-comers will be able to left their luggage in hotel...
