I wanted to ask whilst on the subject of characters if it is acceptable to have art in the show/auction that is inspired from films? I have an image of furries standing together using my own interpretations of characters from the avengers and transforming them into furries based on what I felt was most suitable trait wise.

Will be covering dynamic wings like that... Its one of the most difficult aspects of drawing them... I still struggle with them from time to time myself hah

You might want to let people know if you will be focusing on Eastern or Western styled dragons or even both.

Fair point

Mostly it will be western dragons although the event will cover different types/elements/sub species of dragons n..n

Heh no I didn't... Actually didn't really attend many events at all hence why I'm trying to make up for that this year xD

Yeah feels like I've decided to do everything at once! Coming a day early/staying a day later so didn't want to spend aaaall my time at the bar anyway haha x3

I think the only Ale I've ever had is Boddingtons and I have a feeling it gets much better than that

Hey guys!

Thought I should introduce myself and say hello to you all. I attended CF last year but felt I didn't meet as many people as I wanted so this year trying to make more of an effort. What better way to start than before the actual convention right here

Just some basic info about me, Uni student studying business management/accounting and finance, 21 years old, 6ft5 male and live in Nottingham. I spend most my time drawing either commissions or for myself and I love meeting friendly and open furs n..n

Regarding the con I will be dealing in the den and will have some stuff in the art auction as well as hosting a panel on drawing dragons. I've never done anything like that before and it does make me feel a bit nervous! Still its all good experience :3

[Question to you guys, do you drink and if so what's your favourite tipple?] *obviously will be spending a lot of time at the bar*

Events / How to Draw Dragons Event

This year I will be hosting an event on how to draw dragons and just wanted to give you guys a heads up on what to expect!

So far I'm planning on covering anatomy/poses, facial structure/construction, tips and tricks and general theories about drawing dragons! n..n

I'm entirely open at this stage to advice on what you guys might be interested in learning and if you would want me to focus on anything in particular? Personally I think showing my tricks for drawing wings, paws/hind legs and faces in general would be helpful =D

Was thinking of hosting one although I don't know if any of the function rooms are available still. Might just have a mini party in one of our rooms with 8-10 of us then get wasted at the bar later XD
