i'm really looking forward to this con, but at the same time i'm a bit nervous about wearing my fursuit in public,
i've done quite a few civil war re-enactments over the years, but i'm more nervous about this than any re-enactment i've done before, dont know why.

woohoo just got con-FUR-mation that the payment for my ticket/room upgrade has been recieved.

i now have a sponsors ticket and a twin room (sharing with lost cause).

and i'll be paying for my train tickets this weekend, once thats done all i need to do is save up some spending/food/beer money now.

and my partial in in its final stages of completion, just a few more stripes to paint on and a little trimming on the mouth left to do.

my auction art-books now finished, took some time to think of the drawings.

my suits at the 98% complete stage, just a bit more painting/sewing and shes done.

the tattoos on my leg wont be done by may (need some money to spend at the con).

i was abit daunted at first, as i started with zero knowledge of sewing or fursuit building in general.
i did a fair bit of research (youtube vids/websites/forums) till i was happy enough to make a start.

i've already got plans to improve this one, but i'll leave that till after the con.

i think i may attend a couple of the panels, as theres a few areas where i struggled in the making of this.

all i have left to do now is figure out how to attatch the new wig i've bought, the one i originally got doesn't look right so i've got another.

so if theres anyone on here who's after/wants a mid-length dark red wig let me know as i wont be using it.

had today off work, so i got the feet all furred ready for the next layer of rubber matting on the base.

also got the first parts of the lower head sewn on, just need to install the innards of the mouth/muzzle now (teeth/tongue/mini fan).

i've got the rest of the week off work, so i'll get some photos up tomorrow.

how this is progressing i may have the suit finished by the end of march.

yay, my tickets now fully paid for.

when i get paid on friday i'm gonna upgrade it to the sponsor ticket.

then the week after add an extra night (monday) to it aswell.

and i hope to have a few drawings finished to put into the auction, got an a4 display book which will contain 8 different drawings of mine (all original and signed).

i dont mind walking, seen as my main mode of transport is my mountain bike.

i prefer pubs that serve proper beer (cask ales, porters, bitters) as i'm a real ale drinker.

i'll start looking at what they have to offer and see whats what.
