I assume the previous uploads will be disregarded with only the most recent image used.

A photograph or artwork depicting the fursuit, both acceptable yes?

You can find a number of accepted card providers here: http://www.pass-scheme.org.uk/for-young-people/national-card-suppliers/.

I looked into that last year, you need photo ID such as a licence or passport in order to apply.

Just to expand on that a little, there's at least one member of staff at the hotel Reception desk 24/7. The main potential problem would be if you're sharing a room with someone and they've gone to bed and locked the door before you get there.

I didn't think it was possible to physically lock the doors as they use a magnetic card?

Do all parties sharing a room get a card to open the door or is there just one per room?

Last year it was after 2:00pm if you arrive the day before, and from 10:00am if you arrive on the first day.

OK so I was too late to get a single room this year as they were all sold out so I had to settle for a room for two with two separate beds, on the plus side it worked out cheaper.

Who wants to share a room with me?

I am a 43 year old male from South Wales.

I have a fursuit and will be bringing it with me to the con.

Always been a non smoker and I don't drink much (I won't be drinking during the con).

At Confuzzled 2012 I was awake around 8:00am and asleep around midnight.

Any more details you can PM me.

I did manage to negotiate the many flights of stairs to the top floor OK while in suit and used one of the lifts to get back down.

Starting on the 1st floor we were told to go up to the next floor until all the spaces were filled.

I do appear in many photos but only my head is visible peering down over the balcony as is the case with many others, you had a chance of better photo on the lower floors.

What was the picture like on the end?

I have never seen the official fursuit photoshoot pic but there are many other.

i dont know about the food but as far as i know all the single rooms are sold out..........
If you look on the site it will tell you how many (if any) are left.

When I registered in the early hours of 11th Sept it was -2 single rooms left, so I have had settle for a shared room with 2 beds which works out cheaper.

Just a thought but were there any official photos taken of the fursuit ensemble in the Rotunda?

I have seen a few non-official photos taken from the ground floor and those on the third floor (including myself) were not clearly visible.

can anyone give me any advice about Confuzzled as this will be my first time going to a fur con and I will be quite scared on my own

Don't worry, it was my first time to attend a con this year and on my own, it was also the first time I had fursuited, although there were more than 700 attendees it didn't seem that many. Apart from the registration the events are not compulsory so if you feel uncomfortable or not interested in attending a particular event, then you can opt out.

It's a great hotel with good food and friendly staff, you will meet lots of people from around the world and Confuzzled staff are always available should you need any help or advice.

You will have a good time believe me, and the memories of attending your first con.
