Unfortuantly I do know that the co-ordinator of the event left all his paperwork on my sound desk and it was thrown away. The judges paperwork might still be around but I dont know if its with someone or packed away in our boxes now. It might just be as well to wait until a video is released of it.

Regarding the projection screens. I can only apologise to all our guests who suffered to see.
Unfortuantly someone damaged the cables during the pawpet show that connected the camera up and as a result the feed kept dropping. It diddnt effect any of the video of PC outputs just the camera feed which of course was the issue for some. Next year we already have planned a better distro for the video.
As for the positionning of the camera well yes we were only asked to provide a stage camera so it was really in the wrong place for this event, however as someone has suggested I think the judges should be in a front row facing the stage next time this would mean the dancers are facing the crowd and the cameras can catch them.
Although Im not incharge of events I think the reason the dance workshop was elsewhere was because the stage room was in use with another event at the time and there dance floor is designed to only fit in there. We might look to get it all under one location next year.

Actually Nerf guns dont come under our weapons section as they are soft and usually harmless. Please dont take this as a confirmation you can use them as with many things a nerf gun as a prop is different than unloading 30 rounds into the glasses display behind the bar XD

As the issue isnt enogh tickets its enough food it wouldnt really matter when the tickets are sold. It will be brought up in the meeting today to make sure its as fair as possible to all!

There is an ATM at the 24 hour store about half a mile from the venue and some others in Hinkley itself. But as recomended if your are flying in it might be best to stock up on money at the airport on the first day then you dont need to worry about it. As there is usually a limit on the max you can withdraw a day from an ATM you can then plan a trip to the nearest ATM the next day or so.
It should also be noted the hotel does accept card payments at the bar and for food and you can have a tab on your room but its best to check your card works before runing up a tab of £20,000

You should just be able to tranfer from your US account you just need to either see if you can transfer in other currencies or work out the exchange rate and allow for that.
