I have seen on the map that more or less around the corner (or around the roundabaout) from the con-hotel there is a gas station with a small shop ... right?
Maaaaaybe you should tell them about the con and that most likely they will be flooded with people who want to buy stuff during those days. Not that they run out of supply during the first day and miss most of the business

We also found out that there are at least four furs arriving on the same plane on thursday ... so will just try to stick together in the train and the share a taxi to the hotel .... if we find one big enough for all people and suitcases :-)

thanks ... thats good to know ...
unfortunately we're not able to say what made it into the book in advance as we keep changing things up until the book goes to print depending on what else needs to be fitted in, as well as it being a nice surprise when people receive the book at the convention.
OK ... then I'll wait for the surprise :-)

I had submitted some stuff for the ConBook to the given email adress. But I never got any reply like a confirmation if they got the files. I wrote them an email (to the same adress) if there is a possibility to find out if one of my submissions will be used ... but I never got any reply ... will the content be a surprise or is there a possibility to find out wether one of my submissions made it or at least if my files were recieved?

I know what you mean ... CF will be my first Con ever so I dont know many people ... and those I know are either not coming or already teamed up for rooming.
I will be there the whole time (early arrival + late departure) but that should be no problem

I think that depends a lot what kind of paw you use ... I will have a more realistic style with pawpads ... but I have some experience with thinner winter gloves ...
but anyway ... for the emergency I will have some small holes to slip two fingers out ... but I think its mostly training ... I hope I will get these early enough so I can get used to them before the con

are you on the KLM flight from Amsterdam ... hey ... I'm booked on the one too ... same time and same date ...
If you find an easy way to the con please let me know ... I think even the shuttles from the train station will not run that day ...
