Same place as last year, Saturday this time (fingers crossed the weather holds), and yes, it's 15:00-16:30/17:00-ish. Entry for vehicles for setup is between 14:00-15:00, not 12:00 as per last year's .pdf  Vehicle entry after 15:00 is purely at the discretion of the event organisers (i.e. Myself and Beshon).

Update:

Just to reassure people who are worried about the parking charge at the hotel this year, the Motorfurs Meet is being held in a set-aside area of the hotel staff car park.

This area can be reached without having to leave the main car park, therefore no entry/exit charges will be incurred if you are bringing your car to the Meet.

Space *will* be limited this year however. More details on timings to follow.

Just to lay to rest a few rumours that have come to my attention this weekend, I can confirm that there *WILL* be a Motorfurs event at CFz 2014. It will be held on Saturday, May 24th, between 13:00 and 15:00.

There is no requirement to leave the car park through the exit barriers, so there should be no concern about the exit charge.

Please see the attached .pdf for details of the Motorfurs meet. You may move your vehicle to the designated area from 12:00 only, if you turn up before this time you will be turned away.

The barrier to the parking area will be operated by CFz staff and you will be directed to a parking space. Please keep vehicle movements to an absolute minimum once you are parked.

We will attempt to cater for space for everyone who brings their vehicle, however this is our first year using this venue and this space, therefore we don't actually know how many vehicles we can fit, so please be patient and bear with us while we arrange vehicles & accept our advance apologies if we need to limit numbers. 

The area must be vacated by 16:00 at the very latest.

TL:DR - document shows you where the staff car park area is in relation to the hotel, so it's now your fault if you don't read it & end up leaving the car park & getting charged :P

With regards to what Lev said about room sizes, we had roughly 1/3 the amount of space that the room at FC has, and I don't think we had anywhere near 1/3 the amount of suiters in that room at one time as what I've seen at FC. From what I saw, the only time when the room was stretched to capacity and beyond was after the Fursuit Parade on the Sunday afternoon, when Tigertom was kind enough to allow 'suiters to spill over into the photoshoot room. TBH, the real space issue was caused by the amount of suits that were left lying around by the owners all over the place. I'm going to suggest at the next staff meeting that we have some sort of hanging space (much like the racks at EF) if possible, so that floor and seating space isn't taken up with unused suits. Also, the rooms will be larger per person next year, so more people will be able to store and dry suits in their own room.

I'd suggest for next year that we have a gopher or two on hand at times during the day (and in the evening) to help keep the room tidy, and water/refreshments topped up.

No sure Id go for that megnets in the head idea ;) every time you pass a monitor youll pull the colours he he he, stick to lamp posts, interfear with radio equipment he he he. Although you could do a cool trick of sticking steel coke cans to yoru head as a party piece ^.^

Do not, I repeat, DO NOT give the weasel ideas! XD
