Title: STAFF!!

Hello i paid for my room and ticket by going to the bank and transferring the money but they only allowed me to put my badge number as my ref
i email the reg team about it 4 days ago but no one got back to me and now it says that my payment is over due even through i paid for it
can any one help thats is on staff

Hi, don't worry we will look into it. You wont be canceled if you have paid the overdue emails are automatic unfortunately. I shall prod the reg team.
