Title: Question to Staff. 4-people roomshare with different stay options

Hi

Me and 3 of my friends will be rooming up in a 2 double beds room.
However, 2 of us wanted to go for both the night before and after stay options while the two others won't be able to.
Is such a roomshare doable? Do we get a different room for the extra nights? I'd rather avoid switching rooms during the cons. ^^;

Hi Rushy,

The reg team might be able to answer this question better than I, but as I understand it, the reg team will try and arrange room allocations such that room switches will not be necessary, regardless of the length of your stay at the hotel.  You should be able to mix people staying on longer with people just staying for the con.
