Room & Transport Sharing / Birmingham Airport -> ConFuzzled 2012

I know it is a bit early to start planning, so this is mainly just throwing some ideas out there, and see if we can get something going.
I expect to land in Birmingham Airport at 9:55 on the 24th.
Are any others expecting to be there around the same time?
I'm thinking we could then - depending on group-size - go together by train or perhaps charter a bus? (Kind of like the furry bus from Berlin to EF).
Other suggestions welcome.
Edited: Changed from Luton to Manchester airport.
Edited again: Now Birmingham...
