Discussion / Confusion about the Standard double room?
« on: October 04, 2014, 14:56:22 »
So I've just registered and it stated that "There are no rooms left for this room type on the 21st-22nd May" but when I asked about this on UKfur someone stated that there are still some of these rooms left - my mate registered a while ago before me and it said the same thing (He registered as Lars for his nickname) and his registration hasn't been confirmed even though he is fully ready to pay, so I was wondering, will we be confirmed and get our required room type?
Please let me know if we are guaranteed a room of this type, if we don't get a standard double room we will not be attending confuzzled. Thank you.

Hi,

The add on price is per person so if you both want to stay the extra night, you both need to pay that cost.

Kind regards,

Tungro
Head of Registration

Ok thanks for clearing that up! :)

Discussion / Re: Livestream for CF2015?
« on: August 09, 2014, 23:25:29 »
Have you watched a live stream from a con before? It is nothing like being there.

And doing a live stream from the con does not add much for staff.
I am offering myself to video staff next year anyway but they already do video mixing at the main events for the big screens so like I said, not much on top.

I did say some of the experience, I know its not like being there but they still see what's going on etc, which in my opinion just takes out the slight mystery and so fun that comes from that. If it's not much on top however than it's no issue, I just feel like the staff do too much sometimes x3

Discussion / Question on staying an extra night
« on: August 09, 2014, 23:23:05 »
I will be attending confuzzled 2015 as will my boyfriend, we want to arrive early (the night before)
To stay the night before, there is a charge of £55 (for a double room of course) so my question is this:

In order for us both to stay the extra night, will we both have to pay the extra £55, or will only one of us have to pay?

Thanks in advance ^^

Might sound a bit harsh (and don't bite my head off for this) but I don't think there should be any livestreams, why should people get some of the con experience for free when those who attend pay hundreds?
If you have friends who can't attend, you can take pictures, record videos, and livestream yourself if you like. A lot of videos and photos get put online from cons anyway.
There's no need to put extra stress on the staff for this.

Anyone know when the CF 2014 fursuit photoshoot pics will be up?
I know there was a hell of a lot of suiters to photograph and so a lot of editing etc but it's been a while now so I was just wondering if anyone knows when they'll be up? I have a feeling they'll be the only decent pics of my suit from the entire con! XD

I'm new to fursuit making so my prices are pretty low: http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/5863945/
I could do a fursuit for the price you're wanting it to be ^^

Discussion / Tails, anyone?
« on: April 26, 2014, 10:25:13 »
I have not got a place in the dealers den, however I will be bringing along a maximum of 6 pre-made tails, I'll be selling them for cheap (£10-£30 depending on the tail) as they'll just be made from scrap fur I have left over, I expect to make mainly small canine tails or smaller bunny/deer type tails, with only two medium/large tails at the top of the price range. Would anyone be interested?

Also, if you would like a tail custom-made for you for pick up at confuzzled, the tail colours I have available are white, blonde, and black.
I am open for 2 custom slots, if you would like a larger tail or colours that I do not have, the cost may exceed £30 and must be paid up-front.

Only example so far is http://www.furaffinity.net/view/13169549/
don't worry-your tail will be hand then machine sewn, not glued

*Pre-mades are only available for confuzzled attendees, postage for the customs will be a max of £10 extra*

Hi there! My friend is looking to come to confuzzled, how much are you asking for the standard days residential plus? :)

Discussion / Re: What time is check-in/out?
« on: January 26, 2014, 11:10:48 »
Hi GlowWolf,

please find the following answers to your question:

Check-in Time: 3pm onwards
Check-out Time: 12pm (midday)

Late check outs are subject to late fees, which are the direct responsibility of the occupants of the room, and not the Convention.

Hope this helps :)

Many thanks,

Rizzo

Thank you very much! It's very helpful for travel arrangements and such ^^

I'm sure it must say somewhere on the site or here on the forums due to travel reasons, but what time must you arrive/check-in? (residential ticket)
Please let me know what time you have to check in by if you come the day before, the time you must check in by on the first day, and the time you check out on the last day and the day after.
I'm assuming it's just when the hotel says you have to check in, but I just want to make sure.
Thank you!  :D
