We have a plan, and printed 'world domination plan' booklets ;)

Damn... you can use those booklets as improvised munitions if all else fails... it hardly seems worth the risk for me to try now... how about we compromise? We take over the world together, I'll let you keep a percentage of it?

And for the record, yes, zero is a percent.

I also think we've taken this waaay off topic, so in some semblance of trying to get it back in the right direction *applies right rudder*

I often think what is that person over there thinking about? What is their job? How are they feeling? I think this comes from my story writing: I try and pick up character and plot ideas everywhere.

WolfieFox - sorry to burst your bubble, but its the cats who are taking over the world, we've got dibs on it ;)

Sorry to burst both your bubbles, but I'M the one taking over the world. I have a plan!

And no, it doesn't involve digging tunnels and living in the sewers alongside a delusional artilleryman (but you will get a virtual-cookie if you get that reference :D)

I apologise in advance for going slightly off topic here, but I've got a question: If "pink = gay" then  "camouflage = ?". I ask because I don't own anything pink, but my wardrobe is made of primarily military gear and I think the answer to this might be the thing that helps me find out more about myself hehe ;)

[Edited for spelling. Me fail Inglish? Unpossible!]

You know thats not a bad thing, right?

That's a matter of opinion really. I can find both men and women attractive, whereas I know people who find the idea of a different sexuality to their own scary, wrong or even sickening (yeah, I have/had a wide spectrum of friends).

Personally, I think sexuality doesn't change who you find attractive. I know straight guys who find certain men attractive, I know gay guys that find some women attractive. A friend at my old works once put it really bluntly by saying something along the lines of (and more vulgar than) this: "Being gay doesn't mean you don't like women, it just means you wouldn't have sex with them".

I'm impressed with what you've done so far. The head looks fantastic.

As for the poor ventilation, that's the downside to fursuiting *giggles*.

The lens fogging, couple of ways you can get around it I can think of, although not all are guaranteed to work. First is use a fine mesh for the eyes. Usually that's done on the toony-style heads, but I'm sure with enough time and effort you could get a good representation of a realistic tigers eye done, especially looking at what you've done so far.

I'd say the small hole by the eye is an idea. it won't give a massive amount of ventilation though, so you may still end up with fogging.

Finally, a fan in the head to keep the air flowing could work, although you'd need to be bringing fresh air in from somewhere, otherwise you'd just be moving the hot air around inside and not solving the fogging problem.

Unfortunately, my knowledge on fursuit construction doesn't amount to much, and I couldn't say who'd be able to do a suit before ConFuzzled either, let alone cheaply. My advice: keep working on that tiger, it's looking real good  :)

Hi *waves*

Welcome to the forums, and welcome to the convention (less than 200 days to go!)

As for the hug-attack, I'll be prepared to launch a counter-hug-attack  ;).

I used to have a small 40k Chaos army, but my main army was the Imperial Guard. The fact they were only slightly more advanced than current technology (If you call using laser pointers as guns "more advanced") but most importantly, they were just human (I know, the irony of a furry wanting the human army).

I never liked the Jungle Fighters, so I went with the Cadian option, and this was back when the Cadian's were only available in blister packs. I sold them all a few years back though, when I went to college and it became clear that I wasn't going to have every Thursday night free to conquer the universe in the name of the God Emperor.

I'd possibly like to get a small force of Cadian's again, just as a diorama type thing. I'd probably not game with them, I reckon there's so many new rules and changes since I last rolled a dice I'd be out of my depth.

Because I've had the suit over a month now and officially debuted him at the Manchester Meet last weekend, I think a photo is in order.

Mmm, something :P

Shall we start the book now on how late you guys turn up based on past performance? :-D

You can, but since I'm staying just up the road, near the City of Manchester stadium, I won't be too late...

Honest...

Do I have one? I don't think so... lemme check

Nope, I don't. The ConFuzzled article has the red link of doom for my name.

I might get around to creating one at some point in, but right now, no. If someone who knows me want to create one, go for it. I'd be more inclined to edit something about me than create it anyways.

Ah "Plans", the things that are generally overlooked on the day, well except for the part about meeting at Piccadilly, and then the first bar we go to. After that, most people find their own little group of fellow furs and do stuff with them rather than following the plan.

Now for my own input here, feel free to use/disregard as you please.

As a former Mancs native, I can vouch for the AMC Cinema as an alternative to the Odeon Printworks. It's cheaper, usually quieter and about the same distance from Canal Street. That and I'm not really a fan of the Odeon anyway, unless what you want to see is on the IMAX screen, then it's worth thinking about.

Fursuiting wise, the plan mentions nothing about the Sat, other than the venue don't like it (Personally, I dunno why are we using a venue that doesn't want us fursuiting. Via, where the Mancs meets used to be didn't seem to mind and is just down the road...), but I'm pretty certain furs will be suiting up at some point during the day, and certainly some will do so again on the Sunday for the planned Fursuit Walk.

Something that seems to have been overlooked is the Continental Markets, AKA the Christmas Markets should be in full swing and are worth a look. I'd avoid the Trafford Centre like the Black Death. It's always to be crammed full of people doing weekend shopping, and the fact it's a month before Christmas isn't going to help matters.

Just my two pence worth, look out for me at the meet, I'll be there from about 11:15 at the station, loitering with intent to meet other furs  :)

Urmm nope don't think we may have meet. Unless you was at the last chester meet. But I think I've mite have been told to look out for you by a few people....not sure I think it was you.....oh well. Anyway if your going to the meet see you there. The badge is a small metal Fox badge.

I think I was at Chester for that meet. Maybe... I was at a Chester meet recently, and I think it must've been that one, but that's going back some months now. As for being told to look out for me, I have a reputation? Why and for what purpose? Was it even me? If so, I'm not usually hard to miss, look for the German "Vomitarn" combat jacket and that'll be me. And just incase someone else has no sense of camo taste, I even have a name tape *grins*. Come find me at the Mancs meet, remember, vomitarn!
