I remember signing up a while ago on the main ConFuzzled site, but I can't remember what my username and registration number are (which I am going to need when I pay via PayPal, when it finally starts up). I know I am a dopey otter for forgetting all this, but how do I retrieve this information? There was no confirmation e-mail sent when I signed up with the details on.

I think your best course of action is to use one of the contact email addresses on the main site and request your account details be resent, giving as much information about your registration as you can remember.

We are aware of some issues, especially if you use hotmail/livemail and unfortunately there's nothing that we can do about this. However, do contact myself and i'll sort it :)

You will be better off getting a Google Mail account, it's free, you get pop access which means you can use Thunderbird or *shudder* Outlook Express to read your mail, also you get 2GB of storage so you never have to delete another email again.
And while I'm at it, can interest you into getting both your gas and electricity from British Gas? :P *giggles*

It's all fixed now, thanks guys....and I'm a Swalec customer through and through. Coz their customer service lines come in Welsh.

It's possible that Hotmail and the like are marking the e-mails as junk, as they've got a 14 line "signature block" (yay for legal requirements >.<) whereas the actual body of the confirmation is only 6 lines.
Check your Junk Mail folder!
