I don't know if that's true- at the very least you'll probably have a chance at CF at some point, even if it's only brief.

After talking with Lev about suits I've come to the conclusion that I'd have to try one one before I ever even consider getting one.
As cute as they are they just may not be for me as the experience of wearing one simply may not be enjoyable for me [I hate being too hot (the heatwave we had a couple of weeks ago was physically painful at times and generally miserable) and I'm not someone who tends to wear hats cause the pressure of the forehead feels strange and uncomfortable. I'd really have to see if I could even stand to wear one, let alone enjoy myself in one.]

She's from the states, so you'd have to pay duty fees, but she's really resonably priced. My extended partial (head, hands, feet, tail, wings, arms and legs) cost me $600 USD.

« on: July 23, 2009, 00:21:12 »I'm thinking about suiting too. At 23 I certainly don't think I'm too old for it though! My biggest dilemma is whether to get a full or a partial. As my fursona wears clothes, I could have a partial, but then I feel as if having a partial would be incomplete and something would be missing. But then wearing clothes on top of a full suit might be too hot and uncomfortable. So I don't really know.Same here, though I'm 24
The other questions for me though of in regards to how to store/clean/transport it [it was hard enough getting to CF with a suitcase of clothes, but if I had a suit I'd need 2 and there's no way I could handle moving two on the trains and busses
[Not to mention the cost, plus needing a finalised charactersheet.]

I'd recommend joining furaffinity if you haven't already, though perhaps keep the mature filter turned on for a while till you get used to things ^_^
