Deluxe sold out within an hour or so unfortuantly.
I for one welcome our Muppet overloards.

There were only 19 of them in the first place, so it's no wonder they sold out fast! I guess it's likely some could come available though if some of the people who booked them don't pay up before the deadline! Unless they all already have paid.

An announcement about rooms is going to be made soon.  Please to not feel deterred from selecting it as an option. If spaces appear or registrations are removed, rooms may become available again. This is one of the reasons why we implement a time limit to pay fully. No Rooms are guaranteed until they are paid for.

Many thanks,

Perhaps then for next year as they are so limited a lottery for them could be held or something, i was really hoping to get one to host a private room party in.

Hi Fionacat,

Could I please point your attention to this thread here: http://forum.confuzzled.org.uk/index.php?topic=1602.msg10676#new

This should clarify to you any information regarding the Deluxe rooms.  You can still of course register and go on the waiting list for one, and you still stand a good chance of obtaining one however, we cannot adopt a lottery process unfortunately.

You can of course rent one of the party suites for one night in order to throw a party.  The process on this is currently being agreed and will be available soon for booking.  If you are curious as to what the party suites are, please check the website out under Venue --> Bedrooms, and the sub heading 'Rentable Suites'

Many thanks,

Thanks Rizzorat,

what would occur if nobody cancels and somehow all the other rooms (964 places I believe) completely sell out is it possible i'd be stuck without a room?

This is indeed a possibility, but very unlikely one since between now and April, which is when reg closes, this means the room would have either been fully paid for, at which point you would get an email to say the rooms were no longer available and were sold out, or you should have been allotted a space since other registrations would have been cancelled for non payment etc..  It is unlikely that we will sell all the rooms this year, so I think you have a bit of time yet before worrying about not getting a space.  The safer option of course would be the previous idea mentioned.  Get yourself a guest double, and book a party suite for the evening.  This is what I intend to do :)

Cheers,

Rizzorat
