Early arrival

Wrt early arrival on the Wednesday, I was wondering what time the rooms would be available from, and whether there will be the same sort of "no furryness until after 6pm when the other guests have left" regime as last year

Curious- if checkout time is 11AM... how come it doesn't go 'exclusive' when all the other guests pre-con have to leave before that time?

They still have to prepare all the rooms and people don't leave on the dot just for us

As no one directed me to this question, Im a little late giving you the actual accurate information as opposed to the assumptions, sorry about that Bezel.  The check in time for the rooms is 3pm, not 2pm.  Check out time is 11am.  Exclusivty on the venue starts from 6pm on the day of early arrival.  Rooms will be available as they are serviced, so some might become available earlier, but just the same, some might become available later.

There is an event booked in the early arrival day, but should be out relatively early.  It shouldnt impact us heavily in any way in regard to getting the event space, but that is fine in keeping with our contracted agreement.
